Friday, May 29th – Atlanta Chef’s Table
We’re excited to spend an evening honoring the dedicated chefs behind the scenes, working the line and bringing you the dishes that are putting Atlanta’s food community on the map. Grab a friend, grab a drink, and take a tour around the bocce court with small bite offerings highlighting the passion, style, and personality of our visiting chefs. Talent includes Todd Ginsberg of The General Muir, Zach Maloy of Better Half, Jeff Wall of Kimball House, Andrew Isabella of no. 246, Brian Jones of Restaurant Eugene, and Joy Jessup of Rathbun Steak. The event begins at 10:00 PM, and we will begin serving food at 11:00 PM and continue until we run out.
Saturday, May 30th – Punk Rocktails
Hosted by our very own Kellie Thorn and Atlanta cocktail luminaries Greg Best and Paul Calvert, we’re getting boozy on the bocce court with our friends and peers. From New Orleans to Houston to Birmingham, from Alexandria to right here in Atlanta, join us to sample punk rock themed cocktails from some of the brightest and best bartenders in the south. Such talent includes Shana Mayo of Victory Inman Park, Miles MacQuarrie of Kimball House, Neal Bodenheimer of Cure in New Orleans, LA, Kirk Estopinal of Bellocq, Gui Jaroschy of The Broken Shaker in Miami, FL, Hillary Choo of Bacardi, David Wondrich, Nick Deitrich of Cane and Table in New Orleans, LA, Eric Bennett of Bettola in Birmingham, AL, Todd Thrasher of Restaurant Eve in Alexandria, VA, Alba Huerta of The Pastry War in Houston, TX, and Alex Jump of Easy Bistro in Chattanooga, TN. Cocktails will be $10 each; drink tickets will be available for purchase outside during the event. Full bar service begins inside at 10PM. Punk Rocktails will begin outside at 11PM. Please note we will be closed for dinner service on this night due to a scheduled private event.
Sunday, May 31st – Corn Pups
A lazy wind down after an exciting weekend. Play lawn games and enjoy local beer offerings from Wrecking Bar, Creature Comforts, and Monday Night Brewing. Terry Koval of Wrecking Bar will also be frying up some tasty treats for your Sunday Funday. Event begins at 2PM.
Saturday, June 8th – Slow Food Atlanta’s 7th Annual Ice Cream Social
I Scream, You Scream!
Slow Food Atlanta’s 7th Annual Ice Cream Social, in conjunction with the Peachtree Road Farmers Market, will take place in the garden of St. Philip’s Cathedral (2744 Peachtree Road NW, Atlanta, 30305) on Saturday, June 8th from 12:00 to 2:30 p.m. Tickets will be $15 each (children ages 5 to 10 are $5 and children under 5 are free). Proceeds benefit the Atlanta Chapter of Slow Food International and the Peachtree Road Farmers Market, Buy tickets by clicking here, or at the Peachtree Road Farmers Market on May 25 and June 1.

Every Saturday Morningside Farmers Market
Morningside Farmers Market is special because it’s the only farmers market in Atlanta that requires all produce to be certified organic. In addition, the market features locally produced meats, bread and foods; certified organic flowers; and artisan crafts. Since 1995. The market is open every Saturday from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM (winter hours 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM January 1 -March 31). Location: 1393 N. Highland Ave. Atlanta, GA 30306.
